PROJECT OVERVIEW 2006

Being Good Stewards for the Lord!!

We may not have the financial resources that we would like to have to be able to help out the many needy people coming to request assistance from us, however, God is so faithful and generous to give us a Warehouse to do GOOD with!!!  We are blessed to receive donations from abroad to to give out to organizations and individuals as humanitarian aid for the most needy

Over the years we have brought help to Individuals!!!  We were able to meet people’s needs and show Christ’s Love one at a time!!

Dental Chair Gift: Lagodekhi

We  initiated a partnership with a young dentist who is starting out a practice.  We provided her with the dental chair and she agreed to examine/treat the people we refer to her each month at no cost.  This is very beneficial for all. We hope to start similar programs in the future at other corps as well

Tuberculosis Family: Summer 2006-Winter 2006

We went to distribute some items to a very needy family infected with TB.  They are living in extremely impoverished conditions and are in desperate need of basic needs.  We gave them beds,a Bible in Georgian, blankets, pillows, jackets and winter boots for the girls as they had none.  It was a very tough winter for them as they did not have heat in their living quarters and the man pictured here, with heavy symptoms of TB even caught pneumonia, however luckily the girls are not as severely infected and have stayed healthy.  We continue to pray for them and support them as we can!

Distribution of Food:

We also fulfill our mission by handing out food and feeding the hungry.  We give out other items that would benefit the community in need as well.  Children and adults alike are able to eat nutritious meals.
